Wow.
Time flies past faster than light when you're having fun.
Totally.
The camp was quite fun, though it could have been more fun.
I have so many things to do and so little time, as school's starting tomorrow, so I shall briefly write what had happened during the camp.
=)
Day OneMore fun than Day Two.
First of all, we started off with the D.I.S.C. profile and Coach J talked a lot about each personality and all. I think I'm a high S if I'm not wrong. Haha.
Then came the Amazing Race. We ran around the whole school to search for riddles and all.
Though it was not really fun, the class was not really united and all. =X
The fun part came when we were about to go for dragon boating. We sat on a normal boat, (why can't they just say it's boating?), and the experience was totally Wow. But I was scared at first. Lol. We learnt how to row our boat and many groups splashed loads of water on us. I think we were the wettest of all. Soaked to the bones.
Then we went for campfire. IT WAS SO FUN!!!
Except for the instructor. -_- He acted as though he was King Superstar. However, he was
great at dancing and we danced the dunno-what dance. Kinda sexy because you had to shake your butt. Very fun. We did the chicken dance too. Funny and nice. Haha. There was once when the whole class had to do banana dance in front of everyone as a forfeit when we ate the bomb that was thrown on us. You know, the bomb-to-bomb game.
Then it was night. Oh man. It was tough sleeping on the hard wooden floor. The whole night I was not really sleeping. Loads of thinking though. Haha.
Day TwoOh well. Didn't sleep well so was a bit grouchy.
We started off with dunno-what-boxing thing. It was a GOOD way of staying wake. Really. -_-
And then we did loads of jumping jacks. -__-
And then came the activity. We had to build a thing to symbolize our class within an hour using only sticks, wood and plasticine, etc. In the end, we did a house and inside it, there were many little figurines representing everyone. Kinda cool.
Then came the do-your-own-food thing. You know, field cooking. And you know, I hate to start a fire. I cannot light using a lighter, so an male instructor saw me and said in a gay fake sissy voice, "See the flame? Aah, you see the fire?..." -___- Finally the fire started and we could cook our food.
Then we went for the tiring and tanning session. Hiking. It was sheer exhaustion. Climbing up steep slopes, going down steep slopes, walking across a freaking bridge with many holes for you to admire the great 14 storey height, running and etc. I don't like it at all. Eeww. And there was not much bonding anyway.
I am much much tanned from the hiking. Eeww!
However, there were almost no mosquito lovebites. =)
Then came dinner and off we went home. =(
Sad.
But I learnt many things during the camp.
Things that I would remember to keep me going during schooling days.
And I hope our class would be more united, instead of us staying forever in cliques.
I'm still dreaming of the camp. Lol.
Oh quit it.
And wow. June Holidays is coming to an end.
But I have done quite a lot of things.
Like I have been to ice-skating, shopping, k-boxing, barbequing, reading storybooks, watching movies, swimming, gyming, playing Sims 2...
Sort of contented already. =)
And here I am, awaiting for tomorrow.
School reopening.
How great.
And I heard we're getting new teachers.
Like my favourite subject, English, is overtaken by a newbie teacher. Not Mr Jain. =((
How marvellous.
I better have a good seat tomorrow.
